That’s why we’ve launched Digital Channels Service Status, our new web page that keeps you updated on availability and any outages for your favourite digital banking channels and services (Absa Banking App, Absa Online, Express and Cellphone Banking). If there is any temporary outage, we will give a reason where possible. Rest assured, we will work hard to restore your service as soon as possible.
